3-Ingredient Drop Biscuits

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and heavy cream until a soft dough forms. Don’t overmix.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased or lined baking tray.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and brush the tops with melted butter.

Tips:

  • If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix:
    • 2 cups flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt
  • For extra flavor, you can add cheese, garlic, or herbs.
