Ingredients:
- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup butter (melted)
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- In a bowl, mix the self-rising flour and heavy cream until a soft dough forms. Don’t overmix.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a greased or lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and brush the tops with melted butter.
Tips:
- If you don’t have self-rising flour, mix:
- 2 cups flour + 1 tbsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt
- For extra flavor, you can add cheese, garlic, or herbs.
